IMHO, i would suggest magsugod usag dili kaayo strenous nga exercise(like walking) dayun kung condition na, pwede na mag stationary bike (at least naa ra ka sa usa ka lugar) or jogging... what im trying to say is, mura gud ug magsugod usag level 1 niya kung maayu na, level 2 na dayun... para dili makalitan ang lawas, lisud na magdagan2 dayun niya basig makuyapan na sa unahan.. hehehe

Hahay, you know what, when there's a will there is always a way. Try asking yourself why you really want to be fit when you're damn lazy to do it. Know your purpose then look for ways to achieve it NOT WAYS for EXCUSES! You're the only one who can and will have to do or achieve it and not the people around you. You can get all the advises of all the people in this world but if you don't start doing it, its' gonna be useless. Don't just wait, initiate my friend! peace out!
