MISSING cd-rom drive in my computer

guys naa mo idea, the icon for the cdrom drive isnt on the my computer, its not in the device manager (not even in Other devices "x", "?"), but the cdrom drive has power, can be seen in the BIOS and if i boot to the CDROM drive it will... saon mani? this occured when i transferred old cdrom drives to different computers... thanks, more power!

naai problem imu registry editor anyway heres the fix for that problem just extract the zip file then the READ ME then ma ok ra na cya. http://www.geocities.com/olybrius_e/ayo/cdgone.zip pag na human nimu og click ang 2 ka registry entry. Please reboot your system. then it will be ok. good luck.

try check at device manager if its not disabled. check the internal power cable and data cable. I have experience lots of this kind of problem, and its only loose power supply cable.

he did say it can be detected in the bios and he can perform boot to CD with it..

bro olybrius i tried ur reg files.. ako g pang install, reboot. wa gyapon... wats in that file? removing upper n lower filters? wa gyapon work bro
