    hahaha! serious ra kaayo mo oy! resulta na sigura na sa strict diet, deprivation of sweets and unhealthy food, mao ng cranky ra kaayo ta (me, myself and i included)! hehehehehe!

    wala man gud gi-specify ni tasho nga dapat healthy way to get weight. in fact, fats iyang gusto, dili muscles, kay lain kuno tan-awon ang muscles. so, how do we gain fats the easiest and fastest way possible? by doing the opposite of almost everything that bodybuilders do! right?

    lighten up people! the more we laugh, the more bodyfat we burn! my advice was supposed to be funny, labi na ang last sentence. hahahaha!

    Bro, naa ko question... ang sit ups or crunch, makapa burn ba ug tummy fats or bilbil?

    Hinoon, bag o pako nag concentrate sit ups mga more than a month pa. Ako na notice, nigahi ako abs pero naa man gihapon fats.

    Dili na tinuod bai! 'Spot Reduction' and tawag which is not true.

    Kinahanglan gyud ka ug full-body workout or any exercise nga daghan muscles ma-involve. In this way ma-burn imo EXTRA CALORIES para mawala imo mga BILBIL. Kung sit-ups lang usa ra ka muscle group ang ma-workout and that's not enough to burn those CALORIES or ZERO CALORIES.

    I find running/jogging to be the best exercise to burn fats - and of course DIET DIET DIET!!!

    Other wrong practices for losing love handles are:

    1. Holding dumbells on both hands and bending laterally from side-to-side - para daw mahilis ang bilbil. AYAW gyud intaw mo tuo ana.

    2. Holding a steel rod or broomstick on your shoulders and twisting your upper torso from side-to-side. Again DILI gyud intawn ni maka-wala ug bilbil. This can only possibly injure your spinal column.

    3. Adding weights during sit-ups again para daw mawala ang bilbil. Have you noticed uban mga body-builders nga naay six-pack abs pero dagko gihapon ang tiyan murag nakatulon ug pakwan nga tibuok? Mao na resulta!

    @ Scott Bernard - I agree with maddox22. Sit ups or crunches will NOT burn your belly fats. It will FORM/RIP/FORM your 6-pack abs instead but still be covered by those stubborn fats. If you really want to lose that beer belly alone and doesnt want to do any exercises or all that diet stuff, then check out Vicky Belo - she surely can help you out. Hehehe! Heard of Lipo?! It's not healthy and safe though coz in the long run you will still gain those belly fats again and again if you dont decide to change your eating habits and lifestyle or should I say, diet.

    Thanks for the advice! Mag jogging pod siguro ko para ma burn jud ang fats.

    Naa manpod ko dumbells sa balay. Pero mao lagi, ma porma atong biceps, triceps, etc.. pero bilbilon gihapon... hehehe! Lami man gud dili mag diet... lami e kaon jud... hehehe!
