Try to reset the bios or RESTORE FACTORY DEFAULT CONFIGURATION. Let see if it will occurs again.

If it still prompting I think its VIRUS.

Try ni bro:
1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL inig prompt sa password
2. Naa mogawas username and password nga field and button nga login press it.
3. If dili gyapon mo log in then change the username to "Administrator" or "administrator" and leave password field blank.
4. If successful ka then create lang new account without password or with password nga dili ka makalimot.
5. Last option Reformat.

Hope masulbad nana imo problem.

boot to safe mode > login as admin > uninstall veriface app > restart

kay mura'g pakapin naman tingali ni sa mga drivers & utilities disc nimu boss ba. just a suggestion lang
