in my opinion USC is still the best Accountancy School in Cebu. board passing percentage, student selectivity, quality of instruction/faculty and achievements among others.. but USJR is catching up so note to USC: better not rest on your laurels!

As to the COD thing, USJR got it first, but what's the rush? UP, UST, DLSU and other top accountancy schools don't have it either. I heard USC is in the process of applying for the COD/COE of it's Accountancy program - hopefully USC will get the COD status soon, if not the COE (which is even more prestigious).
