bro,I asked google then in some forum they said it has something to do with the PSU or try this

Uninstall the drivers and run driver sweeper in safe mode. Reinstall drivers and restart, see if that works.

this is a suggestion from the forums and then it worked for the person who had the problem which has the same card as you do.

mga brad ask lng ko bah, y man mo go mo sa 128bit na card kaysa 256bit? pra sa ako.a mga bro mas kusgan man ang card basta 256bit or more, i have observe sa katong nka msi n9800gtx ko mas lami ang akong graphix, kaysa nag gts450 ko na 1g 128bit mo ungot usahay pag gra.B na au ug ghapix
