    if only wlay rules that states na a member should have atleast attain a "junior member" status just to post sa B&S section, wlay newbies mgsamuk2x ani nga section. gets ninyo ang point?? and by d way, i only shared my experience at Kul's, and all i want was others opinion regrdng Kul. knsa mn gasugod og off topic dri sa ako thread

    been out for a few hours and the kitchen is getting hotter....

    don't worry newbies we'll watch over you.

    anyhoo back to KUL.

    here's the deal in a restaurant.
    if there are only a few people eating. chances are some of the stocks are old.

    the problem with restaurants today is that they offer too many choices in there menu and probably you may only need half of it. so what are we left with? food choices with slow turn outs and stocks sitting in the fridge for ages, hence the funky chicken.

    suggest lang ko sa would be restaurateur. keep your menu simple your food choices manageable and don't over stock. "perishable items"

    most of all train your staff about HACCP. most food poisoning cases can be avoided by just understanding simple food preparation and sanitation.

    if you want to introduce a new dish do it gradually say every 3 months. if its a hit you can keep it if not better luck next time.

    ang rason ngano hinay ila service kay lutuon paman gud ang food. dili pareha sa mga fast food nga nakaluto na daan.

    so far so good and cool ang KULS...wla pa gyud us kasulay og kaon nga lain og baho...

    dgay ang ilang service tungod kay luto on gyud..dili kay init initon lang nila..not like others...

    dghan pod kaayo chiks mangaon dire...d lang cute mga tindera haahahaha
