Kung gusto ka ma baid og maau try at Ng Khai Development Corporation, Fujitsu Philippines and MDI bisag gamay sweldo pero garantisado inig gawas nimo daghan mo apas nimo. these companies maka help jud og build sa imo IT Skills kasi bisag unsa naman lang imo tirahon ma Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac og uban pa. kung programmer mas maau sa NCR og sa Taylor Science. mga hardcore ang mga programmers dha.

it depends on the company position he's applying. jr developers or IT support staffs usually don't need any experience. all he has to do is pass that entrance exam, have a good scholastic record and do well during interviews.

How about Alliance Software Inc.? I heard nindot ang ila benefits and openSource pud ila gamit. Also, mga new key players ang startup companies like Caresharing.
