yahaya ninyo noh kay dritso mo sa manager gi-interview. 1st interview palang... kay ako lagi sa HR man to... hehehe

@edgeknife: sa ako nahibaw-an ingon sa ako frend kay mgdepende daw kinsa mauna interview. sometimes mauna ang manager, sometimes ang HR depende kinsa available sa time.

bad experience nko dri doh.. an interview with a department manager years ago pa..dont know f he's still there.. 1st interview pato nku sa manager daun, wa gni ko gpa exam..rating analyst mn guro to ako gi applyan..limot nku..

so mao to, i was there..we started the interview well..nindot ang start sa interview, light and mg katawa2 mi.. mka say ka na we got along well ba nga murag d xa interview..abi nkug bright akong future na madawat ddto..

then he started asking questions that needed my opinion..he gave me 2 conditions then papilion ko asa mas gusto nku from the 2.. so i answered based on what i'd thot of that moment.. but iya mn e contradict.. y dw kato ako na pili, f kato dw isa mao dw unta ni ang mahitabo..etc etc..

i think 3 questions tong in ato na papilion ko f asa ako ms prefer.. but he contradicted me everytime..but i never answered back to prove my point whenever he iya ko e contradict..pasagdan ra nku xa.. dba opinion wa manay right or wrong.. so sa last question nya, i told him in a very nice way na ang akong mga tubag ky mao na akong nahunahunaan as of that moment.. maybe in another situation, ma change akong opinion, but for that moment mao to akong judgement..

hahaha i defended my answers bya bt look what he answered.. so meaning he didnt want to hire someone who has her own disposition and gusto lng mu "yes sir, yes sir"?hmmm

i asked about hr about the process, sauna daw ingana daw ang process, question daw ka 3 ka choices den ila daw ka lisud lisuron, gusto daw nila kung kay ba nimo mo answer og mo defend sa answer bahala under pressure. mao na sulti sa hr nako na amiga, but today, dili naman ingana.

and about sa kato manager, i don't know kung naa pa sad to.
