    In short, yes. Because it's a customer service field, and dealing with rude customers is part of the job description. And I'm siding with the Congressman even without having been at the scene because he is the customer. If you don't understand that, then you don't understand reality. Her bosses are no doubt wishing they could fire her, because nobody who runs a business that relies almost entirely on customer service reputation can tolerate her behavior.

    We may not have been at the scene, but we can see plainly what she and her union are doing, they are engaging in large-scale harassment of the Congressman. She also filed a baseless criminal complaint that strikes me as pure harassment. How can you criminally sue someone for being rude to you, she's just OA... OA and crybaby. She is the reason nobody wants to fly PAL. Nobody wants to be couped up for 10+ hours with ugly, menopausal and rude FA's

    And also keep in mind this is not the first time a PAL FA has sued a customer criminally. If I remember correctly, there was an American passenger who was sued for sexual harassment or something like that because he nudged an FA. I really do not want my national flag carrier to be known overseas as being a coddler of OA and self-entitled stewardess. Before you know it, passengers will be serving their own food and forbidden from using the "call stewardess" button while they take a nap during break. I sometimes wish PAL would go bankrupt so its employees will be taught a very important lesson on life and so the reputation of unions will take another beating.

    I'm a businessman but I believe most employees (who are also customers) will side with me on this. I understand she is a human with feelings and not a robot, but I also understand that there are jobs out there for people who can't take this kind of job (customer service). If you can't take the heat, find another job... instead of causing trouble for your company and forcing your intolerable behavior upon your company's customers.

    I personally can't stand customers who are rude, but I despise people who work in customer service who escalate the situation and add their own rudeness to the problem even more. The customer is not being paid to be nice to the FA's, but the FA's are being paid to be nice to the customer. Do you understand this or not?

    Furthermore, suing the congressman and creating a media storm and fuss over this incident - is that going to lead to more people wanting to fly PAL or will it cause them to switch to the many better, more pleasant alternatives? This FA is doing so much harm to the company, she could have just done her job but because she is so OA and can't help herself, she decided to stick another knife into her already suffering employers.

    Tao ra pud ang Congressman. Dili na sad siguro siya ka-agwanta kai gi ingnan siya sa FA "unsay problema nimo?" kai wurag nangagad naman ang FA og sinumbagay.

    Kung ikaw, ingnon kag ingon ana.. di kaha mosirit imong dugo? Hiinumdumi nga FA tong bayhana, dili tambay sa squatter area... pero iyang batasan og panulti, saon nalang
