In short, yes. Because it's a customer service field, and dealing with rude customers is part of the job description. And I'm siding with the Congressman even without having been at the scene because he is the customer. If you don't understand that, then you don't understand reality. Her bosses are no doubt wishing they could fire her, because nobody who runs a business that relies almost entirely on customer service reputation can tolerate her behavior.
We may not have been at the scene, but we can see plainly what she and her union are doing, they are engaging in large-scale harassment of the Congressman. She also filed a baseless criminal complaint that strikes me as pure harassment. How can you criminally sue someone for being rude to you, she's just OA... OA and crybaby.
