recruitment pa lang yan. but now, ok na sana ang stream, mu stay unta ko, but aftr they implemented changes with dell case ownership, coupled with my tl manipulating schedules, mubalhin na jud me cvg, kay naa naman pud me start date.

no it's not true na poor imo speaking skills o grammar mao mo undergo ka LPET. naa ko ka wavemate, maau na kaau 2 ka call centers iya experience. pero ang LPET sa iya is more on observation sa iya if willing ba jud siya mo work sa Stream. in fact, after 3 months sa floor na promote siya as L2/Tier2. pero ang karaan sa floor wala hinuoon. i heard na 85% sa LPET pasok jud na unless naa attitude problem like attendance, etc.

85 score, pero ug dili magtarong minsa ma usik ang oras kai 4weeks na mokaon sa imong oras. Congratz kaniya. What program siya?

Thats 8-9 hours roughly the time you will spend on the floor. Its part of checking whether your staying or not. I just hate the fact that our salary is not the one that you signed but I can't regret the good trainers we have here. Not all of them are stiff and the programs are great!
