Many fishermen and their families, kung wala sila'y madakpan or dili sila maka-panagat, eat guso. Kadaghan ra intawon og mga tawo nga gipang-gutom unya mag-start mo og thread nga ining-ani as well as post your own "disgusting" food.....sure mo?

sa Jessica Soho report man to nako nakita oie..kanang pagkaon sa mga igorot nga ang kan-on isulod sa kawayan taz i-lubong for how many days ba to or weeks, basta hantod sa m-pan-os or uloron na siya..ang sa sud-an kai mao pud, raw meat nga ilubong japon til uloron nah...ila dayon nang kan-on, ambot pero lami-an man sila...

i've never been tried and won't ever try to eat this disgusting food ever...

Depends on how it was prepared.

I have taught our helper how to do it right. And she has done it very well. Kinaham ang iyang kilaw nga guso. The secret is in the preparation. Sakto sa sagol especially sa suka and panakot. To prevent rubbery guso is to boil it just enough. If it is overboiled, it becomes laway laway. If kulang, parang rubber band. The lamas, panakot, vinegar comes later and adjusted to taste. (Blanching is a no no.)
