As what I heard employee-employee relationship is not an issue with NCR (employee-management is a different story though=) ), some even think twice of living the company because of the good enthusiasm and closeness among team members. The only problem raised was some Kiss-Ass TLs and even Miggy Bird (based on their experiences) tends to shatter the good bonding among groups.
