naa usahay nagtuo ta nga na-shutdown na ang PC kay napawng na ang monitor, but all the while wapa diay ma.shutdown, i mean di kalahos ang OS shutdown, mao na gaandar pa gihapon ang fan or the mobo. try lang re-install ang OS bro, then ayaw sa butange daghan applications. then i-shutdown kung mulahos ba siya or mapawng ba ang fun.

u said na imo pa i-long press para ma-totally pawng, so gaandar pa jud ang mobo which means wa jud kalahos ang OS ug shutdown

kung ako e plug sa wall outlet without using the avr or any other avr mo off man cya.. 5 ka avr na ako g try nga naa diri result kay the same d mapalong pero kung walay avr mapalong ra.. safe raba dili mugamit avr?

Please measure outlet voltage and the output of avr. compare basin putol putol(dili ni makita sa tester oscilloscope possible - voltage ra makita sa tester basin dako ug drop ang avr) ang output sa avr kay under rated vs sa iyang load. Avr maayo na kung layo ka sa poste unya gamay ang voltage sa inyo area. Try UPS? see the result.........

dili safe. because you can never expect that there is an electrical fluctuation. much better mag gamit na lang ka daan. and the best is gamit na lang ug UPS.
