Need troubleshooting advice...

When i turn ON the AVR my PC suddenly turns ON and OFF in 1 seconds at least 3 times and without pushing the start button it starts normally. I have DH55PJ Mobo with i3 proc and 2G memory i use the onboard VC. Newly built na sya and no problems occured during the 1st month until now. My PSU unit is a Tommade 600W. I have re installed all components, heatsinks, RAM and connectors, modify the win7 power options, check the start switch, done RAM test/no issue found/, but the problem is still the same. Any ideas where might be the problem - Thanks in advance...

Try to check sa imong switch pro basin nag pilit ra na siya. e remove ang switch then nig on nimo adto lang sa board gamit pag switch. or try to replace PSU kong naa ka extra. kong under warranty pa na better replace it

I tried disconnecting the start button and i turned ON the AVR, the CPU stays OFF no activity. from the inside i shorted the start pins and powers ON normally. Technically maybe the switch is shorted that suppose to be normally open sya. I swap the start button switch from the reset button, and connected it and the problem came back. So maybe i will try to buy a good push button switch or the worse is a new PSU. - thanks for the ideas i will post the outcome hoping walay probs ang Mobo...

I finally sorted the problem, the mobo has shorted components somewhere, Tech at G.I. found it after checking all hardware... it is now reported and scheduled for repair. Hope this will be a good lesson learned for those who will experience the same in the future... - thanks
