windows desktop manager stop working and was closed

i bought a new gts450 from gi yesterday. i installed the drivers need.everything was ok but when i reboot a message pop out. and every-time i boot up my pc this message pop out. how to fix this?

Try daw uninstall ang imong old VC Driver or try to used the built in VC kong same ra ba. as check sa imong desktop kay ang sa taskbar dili na siya faded meaning ang drivers sa VC wala ma tarong ug install.

i know its clean bro. i used driver sweeper to clean out old drivers. no issue using built in graphics. not even with my old geforce 9400gt.
