medically speaking the first generation of children would not manifest any abnormalities due to the close relation of genes. but provided the first generation child were to have a child with one of his/her first cousin also, the second generation offspring may present abnormalities, so and so forth if the same habit were to continue, same or other abnormalities would more readily manifest.

easy said there would be nothing biologically wrong as long as the offspring was to copulate with someone in no relation.=)

morally its contadicting our social views, but hey, if youre truly happy then why not.
