Bahala na ila mga customer anyway mo ingon ra man na cla wala btaw choice, kami ra provider. NTC sd, wala paki as long as they get rich along with the telco, kawawa c juan dela cruz.

How do they exactly label someone as an abusive user?

You payed for the service its expected 24/7 you can use the service and not be labeled as abusive, why dont they look into the technicians who offer "uncapped speeds" to customers for a fee and have those guys removed and also look into the servers that everyone is exactly capped and getting the speeds that they are paying for, call me jealous but I have several friends who pay 999 and are getting way over the 3995 speeds.

I even download large files at the internet cafe near my house since they have uncapped speeds, I get 800kb/s to 1.2mb/s there, my 4GB download will be done in less than 2hrs.
