yes, thanks.. ive been doin all these research abt recurring back pains and im trying to look for a remedy. ive read also that triips to chiropractors sometimes wont treat backpains at all tho i do have plans now of goin to d one uve posted here. it might help. ill try these first b4 having it checkd thoroughly.. big thanks for d inputs.

@jo-anne ...i have back pain as well...i have been suffering for more than ten years na....3 months ago i visited a very good chiropractor (wala ko sa cebu nag puyo) and it really changed my life....adjustment ang term ana....i went for adjustment two times a week in the beginning...then once a week...karon maintenance care na lang ...once a month.....he told me i have to be adjusted at least once a month for the rest of my life jud....ang sakto sad nga term anang pinching, misalignment etc nga gi refer ni mark...is subluxation.....maybe with the two terms i gave you your research will give you better results...

by the way before i started my adjustments...nag spinal exam sad ko aron makita ang status....now i have back exercises....and if i have to stand/sit/walk for long periods i wear my back brace....

^^ ang ortho doctor morag about sa strength of your bones man siguro na...di sad ko sure...depende man gud sa cause sa imong back pain...if it is because of subluxation...then a chiropractor can adjust you...but if it is bone degeneration...herniated discs...morag adto sad ka sa doctor....examine non man ka before any treatment...ang importante ma bal-an unsa cause sa imong pain...then maka proceed na dayon ka sa sakto nga health care...

^^ sis i-spinal x ray man ka before any adjustments will be done...kay ila man sad na i-base sa imong subluxation, deformation, curvature etc ang treatment....basin naa ka mild scoliosis....ayaw na pag dugay pa check up na dayon aron maka start naka sa imo treatment....

sorry wala ko kaila chiropractor sa cebu...na join lang ko ani nga thread kay i will be in cebu soon...nya of course mag need man ko adjustment sad maong nag take note ko daan sa ila recommendations...

my xray was done at the chiro clinic...wala lang ko kabalo how it is done in cebu...pero morag ang chiro man ang mo x ray kay i-position man ka nila here and there....try kuno ask sa uban naka sulay na diha sa cebu ....let me know nya sis ha sa update kay as i said i will be in cebu soon and would need chiropractic care sad.....good luck
