exactly, we're talking here about the disorder and chaos of this event not about religion..

with regards to the upcoming sinulog, i hope dili tana parehas last year.. daghan ko kaila nga ni ingon di na daw sila mo balik kay grabe daw ka gubot..

organizers should take into consideration crowd control.. and also how to accomodate these tourists.. kaluoy pud adto pa-puyoon nalang sa sulod sa hastang daota nga container vans..

over marketed ra kaau ang event.. kung huna2x-an nawala na gani meaning sa fiesta.. ... dayon mga presentations are not really for the glory of god.. they are just competing for the prize money..

i personally wonder ngano catholics cant get this right when its clear enough.. maau pa islam, they dont make images to honor their prophets

where does the black nazarene and sto.nino fit in this?

i personally think this has largely to do with our ancient rituals and beliefs.. cultural assimilations isnt really a breeze.. theres bound to be traces of old practices carried onto new beliefs.. nothing bad nothing good.. thats that..

i personally think sinulog is not orginaly catholic.. but i would say its cebuano.. pit senor!

i repeat, im not against the teachings of the catholic belief, but there many many people in the catholic church who are using it for their own gain and using the congregation to further their agendas..

ive already had my fair share of harrasment from these "catholic" organizations in forms of financial solicitations for programs that i dont believe beneficial to the people.. and ive already have received my share of bad publicity during mass just because i dont give funds to such events...

sinulog na next week... pila na kaha ka "solicitors" ni duol nako since dec... maski pa naa ko no-soliciting policy... gahi jud mga ulo bah...

taga simbahan diay nangayo nimo ug solicit bro? or ang mga dance contender?
