HAHAY...poverty nasad ang issue? ka-limitado ra sab nato ug pagtanaw noh?

ang reality, a lot of pinoys are too religious-minded, sometimes to the point of fanaticism and idiocy...worse, this Blk Nazarene practice is being tolerated by the Catholic church...no wonder we have slow progress in mind and spirit.

    - Not at all.. although Sinulog Festivies can attract millions of people you just can't deny the word I just siad there "Festivies". But it surely can attract lots and lots of people... but unlike the feast of the black nazarene, we cebuanos prefer not to celebrate it that way.

wont they get diseases from touching that statue? hygiene?

mao ni resulta religion added with marketing... many people are capitalizing on this

in a way, nindot ni (apil na ang upcoming sinulog) para sa local economy kay para daghan tourists..

but this is a nightmare scenario for security..

(terrorist activities, stampede, maski pa spread of diseases like sars,etc..)

gamay lang bikil sa sinulog maski buto lang sa pusil, mo trigger na og stampede if it happens at the right location.. this is an ideal place for terrorists as the govt. cannot create full police visibility...

    amping2x nalang mo..

i think God does not want an expression of faith as chaotic and dangerous like this...

i wish they would just find other ways to express their faith...
