take note that during my 2 yrs in service to the company i've never been absent or late... i guess the OT part is my "Achilles heel" hahaha plus i could not take the verbal abuse from an OM... tho not directed to me but to everybody.
to answer your question, i guess it's legal because it's paid... the only hard part is the "mandatory" OT.
