Building a gaming rig from scratch, any suggestions?

TS, i suggest doing some research about making a gaming rig first before asking for suggestions. Lisod kaayo mo give advice kay we have to explain everything pa nimo. You can make this so much faster if you did some homework first.

Doing homework is prerequisite for all system builders. If you really don't want to go through the hassle, you can buy a pre-built PC.

im currently researching bro, pro ang prob is i dont have experience and need feedbacks from different gaming cpu users..

someone also told me before nga "di lang ka mu pili sa mga nindot dretso, kay naa pd na compatibility and potential upgrade issues, bsag monitor mrag mu fit sa system kay like if nindot and video card nya bati ang monitor bati ang labas and vice versa", pro dugay na kaayu ni kalimot ko kinsa nag ingun nako ani, maybe sayup xa, but i take it into thought lang kay noob mn ko ani..hehe but just a thought, thats why nangayo ko tabang.. but yes bro im doing research myself currently..

TS: whoever gave you the advice is right. You have to be careful of compatibility issues. I keep saying this over and over but the key to making a good system is having a balanced system with no bottlenecks. I suggest keep researching and come back and post if there's something you are confused with or don't understand

ako nabantayan sa mga istoryan, mostly amd ila prefer kay cheaper.. is that the only advantage?hehe

yup power saver bro, di ma compromise iya performace if energy saver?Hehe

im currently liking the VC, PSU, monitor as posted above, what im wondering is what could be my procesor,mobo and ram options.. kay i think i-3 is a little bitin, haha wat u think bro?

depende ra jud na sa tao bro, kung normal usage d jud nimo kaayo ma notice ang real world difference sa performance between intel and AMD given at the same price point sa system (e.g. 40k)...

kung mag run kag benchmarks, dha nimo makita ang slight differences but most likely d na ma notice, again, in real world usage...

pero sure jud ko kung mag SSD ka mo notice jud nimo ang difference?!

sa pagka karon bro dili ko ganahan mo suggest og AMD kay nindut kaayo ang Sandy Bridge sa Intel unya nagpaabot pa sad kos bago nga generation sa AMD nga gi tawag nilag "bulldozer"... mga april man kuno ang gawas ato bro...

basta general suggestion sad jud nako is same kang bro P0w3rM0v3 nga "balanced system with no bottlenecks"...
