hehe, its okay, no money on that web nor anything to cling unto. but i am using now back to the ISP bundled modem for usage reasons. i can only install again the extra modem at dawn to try it reconfiguring again. anyway, as stated in the modem's site, its default IP is 10.0.0.138 =) you can see its website for more detailed infos/datasheet/guides/technicalities, guess you can have a correct idea on how/where to put in the modem's user webpage the IP, Subnet Mask, Gateway, and DNS given by my ISP where i find confused of.

guys, i have solved the problem already. i have connected it already and gaining data. just doing some configurations then enabling the bridged mode in its web based user interface. now i am using two assymetric modems and its cool. anyway, thanks to all.
