Which is better, working in Gov't or Private Sector

regular govt employee - no worries kai for life ang imong trabaho. daku pa jud ka makuha ig retire

private employee - f mag file bankruptcy imo kompanya, kulob ang kaldero gyud

mao jud bro... sad but true... pero naa pa gihapon uban private (labi na mga dagko nga multinationals) nga minimal kaayo ang baker system... naa man pero more on influence lang not the "baker" type jud sa government nga lusot jud ka and employed na dayun, hehehe!

pero personal experience nako mga bro, wah jud koy baker... naa ko mga kaila nga employado sad sa same company pero mga ultimo ra pud d jud mga influentials or managers... puro ko private, multinationals akong na suwayan unya i can say until now nga more or less fair play man ang akong pag apply og pag sulod... taga probinsya gud ko unya nanumpad ra sa mga dagkong syudad so wah jud koy kapit hehehe

pero in terms of promotion while naa na ka sa sulod sa private company, that's a completely different story?! baker and influence applies na jud?! syempre mga pinoy gud ta?! d mawa ang pulitika?! ahahaha

5 years ako sa govt. Wala pa akong children kaya ok lang ang sweldo pero when i got kids dina madala balhin ko call center. Medyo unfriendly environment sa BPO but at lease walang utang and naka palit dyud ng multicab etc etc etc...

Kung heavily qualified ka... I believe nga dili naka kinahanglan ug backer.

Then otherwise, if heavily qualified naka, there's no reason for you or for us to beg with these companies who favor the "backer2x" system or Nepotism... because other great companies will hire us instead...
