Accent o grammar?

In my point of view, a combination of the two can give a sure shot two thumbs up to all English speakers.

but our teachers all have the same accent..
the filipino ug bisdak accent..

grammar.... accent can be enhanced once you know grammar and diction.....saon mn na ang accent kung wrong grammar ka.... like how some americans say "we was"

i dont know if grammar bah or accent.. kay dili tanan english people knows grammar.
as long you understand what hes/shes talking about or a word to deliver/listening to a person you are talking to...just like that!
