these slimming supplements are really selling like hotcakes because the manufacturers are aware that a lot of people are suffering from obesity and being overweight. we are all aware of the diseases we might acquire because of being unhealhty and heavy but truth is, you can not solely depend on supplements. ako personally, i spent thousands of pesos, really huge amount of a known product, herbalife, im not saying its effective but my fault at that time is i really only on the product. i lost some but i gained more when i stopped using the product. why? because its not the solution to my problem. i grew really fat for my small frame. the work at the call center is one of the culprit but i cant put all the blame into it. in april of this year, i quit my job and promised myself i will use 2 or 3 months to get back in shape. i completely changed my lifestyle in may of this year. i started eating healhty and conciously. i exercised on a regular basis. i did this ever since. i limit my carbohydrate intake and increased my fruits and vegetable. one meal should be green salad veggies, i do away with red meat but during the weekend, i eat what i want, how much i want it. lisud nang imong i deprive pag au imong self. right now, im still continuing these things and i lost over 30lbs and im proud of it. mag exercise jud ko, no matter what. i dont use the elevator, i stroll at the mall, i clean the house, ang secret, is to be more active so u burn more calories. choose food that has low calories, these are usually fruits and vegetables. drink a lot of water, cut sugar and salt intake, exercise jud. maski dili paka mag inum2 diha ug unsa nga pills, these will eventually hurt your kidney pud kay synthetic baya ni sila. pearl white is not very safe. dont starve yourself coz your metabolism will not work right. modaut tuod ka but u r losing muscles not fat, starving will result to binging, kanang super na nuon ka ka gutom murag dili naka kahibalo mabusog. daghan na hinuon kaau ka ug makaon ana, bad. eat small portions and eat only when hungry but dont skip meals, esp breakfast. i hope this helps. you can check how i was before and after sa akong facebook, lynnpapa10@yahoo.com
