u have to have credit card kung mo sign up ka paypal.. if u want to be verified, u have to have bank account statement

If mu withdraw mo sa inyo paypal account, ang inyo gamiton kay UNION BANK EON account dili na cya basta2x na account that is a Cyber Account and a debit account, naa pud ang BDO Cyber Account na pwde sa paypal but wala ko ka try..... mao na ako gamiton if mag withdraw ko sa ako mga ptc, ppc. just make sure na whatever information na naa sa imo paypal it should be the same info sa imo Unionbank kay strict raba sila, if dili magka pareha magka problema judka..

I got money na from paypal, my cousin sent me $ 200 but it already converted to Peso when I got it here in the Philippines.

you can use EON from Union bank or you can associate you're bank account.

My Paypal and Unionbank Debit card was going fine, I made several online purchases and payments using my paypal, etc.
Today I tried to pay but this message came up :
"Your card issuer denied this payment. If you have another debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account, please use that. Or take a moment to link a new debit or credit card. Contact your card issuer if you don't know why you were declined."
Everything was ok, my card has been accepted, I have made payments through Paypal before, and my account is verified. Why is this happening now? I never had this problem.
I really need help bros to make an urgent payment.
and oh by the way, paypal is $5.00, but paypal and bank account is directly linked.
