Cebu has been a pioneer of progress outside of IMPERIAL MANILA long before and during colonial times. We were always first: well at least for me being a local Cebuano gyud. pride nako to see Cebu still standing even up to this new era. Pero if pugson ni ang progress without ever having a CONCRETE, and i insist of making an impression on the word CONCRETE ha in terms of planning, wa gihapoy ayo. We will just be second to MANILA - messy, traffic and always last minute implementations.
ready na sa kung ready in terms of emotionally, pero dapat physical set up to the basic needs of a thriving economy must be met:
1. WIDE ROADS (at least 4-lanes)
2. WIDE SIDEWALKS (think of American Sidewalks) - dili pareha aron sa ato na naa tuuy sidewalk pero ukupado ug vendor or gibabagan ug punuan. as usual, sa dalan dyapon galakaw. dapat sad much higher than the road para ma discourage ang mga tawo from walking in the road.
3. NEW SOURCE FOR WATERSUPPLY - kailangan pa ba i memorize?
4. STEADY ELECTRICITY - supply is already met and continually met
5. MASS TRANSPORT - after na na widen ang roads
6. REVAMP ON MOST LTO RULES - stricter implementation on expiry of franchise for vehicles 10 years or older to discourage selling of franchise and helping in preventing a MANILA-like smogging
7. CREATING OF AN MMDA-like AUTHORITY
8. IMPROVED STREET LIGHTING

Hopefully kay mahitabo ni siya sa cebu... Kay para nako mas nindot pah ang Cebu compare sa Manila... Super samok kaayo ang Manila... Murag na subra-an sa taw ang kanang lugara... NOISE, POLLUTION, CROWD and everything that would make your head ache...
GO ko anang 1-4 & 8...
#5 kay mas nindot bus lang jud... Unya kanang pang masa ang pletehan same sa Korea, Japan and Singapore... If Train ilang ma huna2x-an kay dapat subway siya para limpyo tan-awn ang atong dalan roads...
