naa ko nabasa fred nga if you want to get bigger, you should always have a caloric excess. if you want to be 180lbs, you should eat like one. hehehe! pero dapat gradual ang increase sa calories (from the right sources also). like a 500 calorie increase lang to minimize increase in bodyfat. dili pud ko kabalo musukod kung pila ka calories akong ginakaon. estimate lang gihapon. that's why since the new year, i've been eating a little bit more than usual.

little difference? they are not the same. look closer. depende na sa imo need bro. if you want to gain weight faster, get serious mass. tan-awa iyang calorie content per serving. problema lang sa weight gainers kay dali ra mahurot like kaning 6lbs is only good for 8 servings coz you need 334g per serving. ang whey protein on the other hand is a post work-out drink to provide your body the protein that it needs immediately.
