absolutely NOT! Ang AFS dili pwede i-substitute sa ITR, and i doubt kun naay modawat ana. Kay if you are into business, during filing sa imong ITR ang AFS ang himuon nga supporting docs, except for special cases like filing with OSD (Optional Standard Deduction). Normally magkuyog jud ni ang duha, AFS & ITR, and none of them will take the place in leiu of the other, correct me if im wrong basta mao ni akong nahibaw-an.

If you been employed, your employer is obliged to give you Certificate of Compensation Payment / Tax Withheld For Compensation Payment (form 2316). If you have a mixed income, income from own business & income from employment, you need to file ITR and consolidate all your income, supporting docs/attachment would be your form 2316 & your AFS.

Kun dako gani kaayo imong tax obligations, contact me and i will help you adjust para mogamay... hehehe

@cyraxx, mas maayo kun imo ipa-register imong homebase business. Kay ang mga banks or financing companies dili mosalig ug testimony lang nimo nga you have this much earnings when you don't even have business permits and ITR. You might be earning 6 figures weekly, pero mura ka ug kolorom. Banks & financing companies don't like to deal with that kind of businessman. So i suggest nga masmaayo jud m0-secure ka ug business permits.

Maayo nalang pud makatilaw ang government sa imong income, thru payment of tax... if you are worried nga basin dako ka ug mabayran nga tax, then allow me to help you by way of TAX AVOIDANCE scheme.
