i think politicians should be a cut above the rest, the best of the best esp for the highest positions in the country. before we do have presidents and VPs who are bar topnotchers, people who are good at interpreting the laws.. nowaday kahit artista i-elect for president
and at present our president doesnt know the contitution
kapila na kasipyat and hes creating contitutional crisis, he doesnt know even about the separation of powers.
agree popularity contest naman ang politics ron, dili naman reliability.

Think Rizal needs to be added to the mix ... although a formal independence was still a thought , not backed by peoples votes yet... I get what your saying with our Phil Heroes though.
