If the teacher was once a student of the same school the girl is in and were in a relationship before he became a teacher, I'd say it's okay as long as they act civil within school grounds.

But if not, I'd still say it's okay as long as the teacher would still instill in his students' mind, especially with his gf and her friends, the limitations and the gap that has to be respected.
