better yet theres a tool in google map to measure the distance in meters. e measure na ang distance sa home and workplace ninyo. tanawa if SAKTO ba ang meters sa taxi nga na sakyan ninyo.

Apparently, out of 365 days in a year, pila ra ang holidays? Di man pud siguro everyday nga makapakyaw sila? I would agree that most of these drivers could earn higher than professionals on a daily basis pero kung moingon ta nga moaverage sila ug libo a day on a regular basis, dako ra kaayo na. We could settle for the P500 average income of drivers a day.

First, they are living on a day-to-day basis, walay pasada, walay kita. Second, they don't have the benefits that employees have (SSS, company healthcare) so most likely, kung naay mahitabo, either they will dig deep on their pockets or padung gyud utang.

About sa ilang mga bisyo, ilaha na nang problema. Kung mas ipalabi nila ilang bisyo kaysa pagmanage sa ilang kwarta, ila pud na.

My concern is just to be fair for everybody (commuters and drivers). As of now, losing side ang commuters kay murag taas ra gyud kaayo ang saka sa pliti. And sa mga drivers, moubos gyud ilang pasahero in a day.

OT(as in original topic): i agree that there should be some kind of a group of civilians. og mu-organize ka, apil ko! this group can at least effect or affect that industry than wait for LTO LTFRB etc. example: nanginstall tanan og taxi meters with receipts BUT how many times have you asked for it and driver say he forgot to put paper. asuu! unya adto ka LTO LTFRB to complain. aber? will something happen? will they initiate new processes or legislate new laws? kay in that case, i really want 'not to pay' to teach them a lesson - but will the police support me in that? I doubt! BUT if it is a group - and hopefully becomes a well-known well-organized group of commuters representing commuters, then they'll have a voice. mura ba og katong "against crime ek ek" nga nagsupport ni vizconde or ang grupo ni teresita ang see.

OT(as in the other topic): dili na kinahanglan hisgutan, its really a matter of education - not the college degree thing but morals and discipline plus money-management sa mga pobreng taxi driver. ok ra inom after but ayaw pagpataka as if there's no tomorrow or as if money will flood tomorrow. ang call agents mag-inom man gani pud after work! but, I offer you this, kinsa mas daghan atik, jeep/taxi driver or barker? read this then roll your eyes but keep smiling!
