hi there. i went to your shop to have my itouch 4 jailbreaked. you gave me a copy of a software incase my itouch would accidentally run out of battery. the problem is, my girlfriend used the i touch and forgot to that once the unit runs out of batt it would hang. and now it hanged. im trying to upload the "softawre" you gave me (through my micro sd which you copied), and i dont seem to know how to install it. all i find here is redsnow win 9 something but it wont install. what shall i do with it?

PS if i double click the redsnow program it would take me to ITUNES. what shall i do from here? i dont see the connection to my ITOUCH?

You run redsnow with XP Compatible mode
click browse and select firmware ipod4.1_4.2.1
then next -> check Boot Tethered

If hard for you, drop my store then i can do it for you
