It depends on the gravity of the offense, meaning if its not a big deal at all then you have to forgive and forget. Forgiveness is voluntary.You can never force a person to forgive someone, like respect it has to be earned. Time will heal wounds so they say but time can never erase it like a scar, it will always be there.

i don't think it's easy for anybody to forgive and forget. if the mistake wuz juz minor then maybe it's easy but if it wuz a big one, it takes time..

It's easy to forgive... but to forget it takes centuries. Sama sa Wound, maski unsa pana ka gamay.... mag leave jud og scars.. and that scars mao nay always magpa remind of that something!

forgiving is an easy thing to do while to forget is the hardest thing to do.

it's not easy to forget when damage has been done. Things won't be the same again.
