i heard some foreign businessmen connected with the last visit of the 7 ambassadors ... are coming back in december to look into investing in a 20 story hotel in our Mandaue ...

di gyud ni impossible ai....in the span of 3 years things have been looking good within reclamation area. Ang kanang di kakita sa possibility pasabot rana nga they are too close minded to see the opportunities ahead!!!!

3 ka possible areas ang gi tan-aw ... ang usa sa Mandaue Reclamation area ...
i believe the skyline of our Mandaue will experience a surge of high rise development ... before the end of the Mayor's 3 terms in office ...
