    Depende sa company jud... Broad kaayo ni nga topic.

    My first company, for two years wala mi increase. Then after wala nako didto, I've heard that their yearly increase was on an average of 10% from an employee's monthly salary rate. My second company, I was given a 25% increase due to level upgrade. Now in my third company, we are given 8 to 15% increase, depending on our appraisal.

    For me, I don't mind anymore what is my appraisal, or how much is my yearly increase. Basta, as long as I am committed in my work, I follow my direct superior, and do my best to maximize the income generated by the company in my own simple way, I think that's enough for me. It is because I am happy and contented working for my present company.
