    Splitting days is your own preference raman tingali... depends on which you want. Generally, if you do chest you hit the triceps, and if you do the back you hit a bit of the triceps.. mostly, biceps are grown via isolation like curls.

    Anyways, kisay nahan shaker cups dha? have stock?

    You use it to mix your pre-work out or post work out supplements like Nitric Oxide or Protein shakes quickly and less messy. you can also prepare it at home, and madala2x ra nimo. Imo ra i.shake wala nay gamit spoon or anything. And easier to measure the quantity of water to be used.
