Truth? how could that be true? you see it merely in ones perspective? For one thing, I am not a cheater and i am a filipino. I belong to this nation. With that, one could argue that the philippines composed of filipinos is not a nation of cheaters because there are still those who upholds dignity and honesty even in the most trivial manner in their lives. And we are filipinos. Who breaths the oxygen given out by the plants here in the philippines. take up space here in the philippines. we are filipinos and we are not cheaters.
Nothing we can do? again as i have mentioned in the other threads.... the Spirit of Man knows no limitation.
@ ILOVEYOU ..... I dont know if you are a LICENSED STATISTICIAN or CONSPIRACY THEORIST . My take .... whatever you said are true but its not the NATION .
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
bottomline is..
we cheat.. they cheat.. we all cheat..
Some will cheat, others intend to cheat some ae planning to cheat, pero some wont and some dont, so naa ra gihapon dili cheater, so Phinoys some do it some dont, so dili diay ang Philippines nation of cheaters.
As the saying goes : "It comes with losing" . We tend to accuse each other when something goes wrong, when we placed last on the race..
One thing to do, is to reunite and have a clear plan... But it has to start from the top .....they must unite and be comitted...
China cheats , but they are making cellphones, we do openline 6630 vodafone.
Japan cheats, theyre having good techs, we buy their obsolete stuffs..
Korea cheats, theyre making hyundai and kia, we buy all their multicabs and Hilton refurbished it and it becomes 21B or mini ambulance..
If you would notice, they were like us long time ago..and it started when their leaders made a commitment to improve their countrymen's lives..
Im not blaming the present leadership but where are we now?? Can somebody justify??

... here lies the problem, all you ever do is aire out your frustrations or to use your own word condemn. You're not actually doing anything to solve a particular problem, in this case cheating in all forms. All you do is talk . If you really are sincere in helping out in the eradication of corrupt officials, make a stand, don't just talk about it. Do something. File administrative cases, but, start at your own barrio. And i'm not saying that you'll do it alone, gather people who has the same conviction as yours, like mosimos for example. make a coalition. start a group. then from there you can have all the resources you need to combat corruption. If you want to make a difference, then do it, don't talk about it.Originally Posted by FK

.. it must start from the bottom. Coz the people IS the nation. Not the leaders.
my point is Leaders should lead by example..sometimes us followers will do our part to survive, even if that means biting the bullet and be silent even when somethings not right..
In every losing team, one can experience a complete turn around when a new positive energy was infused, a new leader has made its people believe in doing right things.
Lets make basketball an example for this. Ive watched NBA, when a team loses consecutive games, they look at the coach first, not the players, its obvious that the whole team feeds off from the energy and discipline of a new coach..
have we heard of a company that says, "under new employees"? no, its always "Under new management"
..its no different in politics, only thing is its very complicated..
