    You're right Gospel. i have been renting and still renting. 3 BR unfurnished is 15k-18k in cebu city. for a studio type it's usually 6k-8k/mo. I am now renting in Minglanilla 8k/mo for the whole house with 3 small Bedrooms and 3 CRs with a 304 sqm lot. It's not in the city though

    Lucky you! And there a many other advantages aside lower price as less pollution and less noise. The last time I visited Cebu-City was in 2003. I can almost not believe how it worsened. And the traffic.... Where will this ending up

    You can't draw a line such strictly. We have visited already a lot of houses for less than 12.000 PHP but with 3 br, even in Cebu-City. But unfortunately there was always something: Too noisy place, the rooms too small, to dark, means no daylight and so on...Maybe we are too choosy!
    But you cannot find these houses in internet but by looking around and ask people

    yes it still available, both rooms can store a queen size bed with enough space to walk around
