gi disable na kay it failed some of their internal tests... instead of totally scrapping it, disable nalang and sell it with the defective core disabled...

swerte mo mga bro woi... akoang X3 720 BE, ma unlock man pero mo BSOD after a few minutes na load ang windows... tried increasing the core voltage , tried experimenting on the core calibration but it didn't help at all...

If the Athlon II X2 yields are better than the Sempron 140, to cut some cost they'll just disable the 2nd functional core of the X2 and brand it as a single core Sempron. Not every unlocked core is defective.

wala man ko namili ug specific batch...
ang ilang gihatag sa counter mao ra pud akong gidawat...

ang importante sa akoa kay kung unsa akong gipalit... mao jud to akong madawat... everify man na nila..
i really think almost all BE's na 555 is unlockable... (granted nga paresan ug mobo nga mosupport ug unlocking extra cores)

naka notice pd ko na naay difference sa TMPIN and core temps.. 7-8 degrees hotter ang TMPIN.
grabe sad ning HSF sa AMD ui. mo abot man jud 6300RPM at full load if naka unlock into Phenom II X4 B40.. ask unta ko kung normal ba ni xa? 6300 rpm + 62 degrees CPUPIN temp.

ok raman na oi akoa gani 3668 at idle or non-stress apps. At full mu abot gani akoa 70deg at 5K+ rpm...

kuyawan ko da naai nakapalit ug phenom ii x2 555be sa GI nya wala niya maunlock usng Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H.. Basin same batch ra ang available nila.. Asa pa ta pwede kapalit? Katong sa mga nakaunlock. Basin same batch ra ako mapalit sa inyo. Share sad mo.. tnx

Contrary to what forum citizens all around the net may impress upon you, it is never a good idea to bet on things such as an unlock or an overlock target (like 4GHz or unsa pa na..). These things are never guaranteed or even promised to be likely..bow

^^ completely agree. which is why i went with the PII x720 for my budget rigs because even if they didn't unlock, they're still a badass cpus. The unlocking is just the icing on the cake.

normal ra diay.. abi man jud nako taas ra.. wla ko na-anad na kusog kaayo ang fan. kad2 man jud akong Core 2 Duo E7200, akong gi overclock to 3.0GHz for a couple of minutes, okay ra man jud ang temps.
