    suwayi lang dayun og uli bro... normally kanang mga naa sa malls nga mga naay pangalan nga stores mo dawat na sila kay ilang reputation is at stake... pero sa mga bukot2x nga retailers ambot lang kaha, pero suwayi lang jud...

    usually palaban nila ana ang dead pixel policy sa manufacturer (ang usa sulod pa na sa ilang consideration nga "acceptable") og depende pud sa gidak-on...

    Pailisi na bai. Ang sakto nga i-rason ana kay flash developer ka, as well as photo editing nga dapat accurate ang colors.

    mga bro thanks kaayo. didto ko ganiha sa store ako gipalitan but ambot lang bro kato lagi dead pixel na policy. bro sa consumer act pwede ba na magamit nako? basin naka state jud na didto na if dili ko satisfied kay pwede jud nako pailisan siya. kay sa ako sa dili jud ko satisfied. tsk..

    A dead pixel is a defect with the product. I don't think there's a policy against returning a defective product 3 days from when you purchased it. If they won't accept the return or they won't replace your product you should ask them the reason. Better yet, record the whole conversation or have them write it down and sign it and have the DTI resolve your case. The DTI would surely side with you if that were to happen.

    ur actually raising a good question bro. Even manufacturers mismo vague aning dead/stuck pixel policy. seems some have what they call an 'acceptable' number of dead/stuck pixels before they replace it. Dell for instance has a number of 3 (not exactly sure of the number) dead/stuck pixels that is considered 'acceptable'. Even if they replace the item, they usually replace it with a refurbished one
