Anything wrong with those max operational temps ?

it only means that the 89watts model can have STABLE operation even at 71C while the 110watt model can only opertate at 65c max

ahhh, okay... weird tho... why should the lower wattage proc have higher stable operating temps...? does that mean better silicon or something...? forgive me, i'm quite ignorant when it comes to technicalities...
