u need to go to a stock broker to have the certs certified. after, you can sell it yourself. you shouldn't sell the certs since the name on the document has to be the one to sell it. go to a broker like atr kim eng or bpi securities or abacus securities...

Try to call online brokers like citisec 02 6333777 or bpi 02 6333362 . They might be able to help you with selling your shares
