the webbs were crucified by the circus trial and the media - they were pronounced guilty by the media without any iota of evidence. there was not one evidence admitted in court about forensics - DNA, blood type, etc. everything was hinged on the unhinged testimony of alfaro. imagine losing 15 years of your life solely because of the testimony of one crackhead. remember she couldn't even identify tonyboy lejano in court!! tonyboy disguised as a reporter and she didn't recognize him. that means she was lying the whole time when she said she knew them.

How about Gerardo Biong...the chief inspector of the case nga gi apil sa NBI ug file kay iya daw gisunog ang evidence..He was a bodyguard/driver pud daw ni Sen Webb and recieved a big amount from them..But so ironic coz Mr Biong doesn't even know how to drive and if he did recieved a big amount of money ngano nagkalisod pa man sila, his house tawn murag barong2x ra and his wife even worked as DH abroad to support their family.
I saw an interview and he said nga dili man daw siya ang nagpasunog but ang mga relatives ni Lauro coz nanimaho na daw ug mo uli na si Lauro mao ila gipa sunog..The one responsible for the burning of the evidences even admitted that in the court pero wala daw hatagi ug weight sa judge..
