Mechanics:
1. The winner will be asked if he/she will accept the challenge or not to be in the hotseat.
2. If he/she refuses to be on the hotseat, we go for the one who got the highest score next to the winner.
3. In case of tie (winners with the same amount of votes), the first voter needs to decide who will be on the hotseat.
4. The hotseater is allowed to withdraw anytime he/she feels to.
5.a. Istoryans can only be in the hotseat once (not unless of course if majority of the Istoryans would like to put him/her back in the hotseat).
b. Previous hotseater may sit again only if he/she win with a landslide vote (50% of the total votes)
6. While the hotseater is on his/her week, this thread (where the voting takes place) continues for the next hotseater.
7. Istoryans who are participating, please note that since you are PARTICIPATING, look forward to yourself to be on the hotseat as well, okay? be fair.


Q&A Rules:
1. Everyone is allowed to ask question to the hotseater.
2. Everyone can asks anything to the hotseater EXCEPT senseless or offensive questions.
3. The hotseater needs to answer all questions unless it violates Q&A Rule#2.
4. The hotseater may only asks IF he/she further needs clarification of the question thrown to him/her.
5. Each interrogator will have a maximum of FIVE (5) questions per day only
6. Avoid off topics as much as possible.

Just to clarify things here.... before we start on the starting line...

who will be the judge that would say that its already an offensive question?
coz rule number 2 you have here... will already violate the no.2 rule here in istorya.net.

what happens if this violations occur? they'll be deleted immediately?
or if they still continue to do it? infractions maybe?

i think the hotseater should decide which questions are offensive
and if there are offensive questions, the hotseater should just ignore them and continue.
if the person who asked the question DEMANDS an answer, then the hotseater should politely tell him or her that the question is below the belt, or is senseless and doesn't need to be answered. both sides should just respect each sides. mao ra na akong ika sulti,
