I wasnt able to open this thread for quite sometime due to our busy schedule. I am surprised to see so many good and bad comments on the thread. For the good comments, thank you so much for your support. It is good to have some loyal employees in the company. As for the bad comments, I guess each and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. In defense to the company, we treat our employees well and we always tell our employees what to expect. But I guess we really cannot please everyone. Since it is an event company, flexibililty is a must. There are simple events and complicated ones. As for the salary, employees are already informed about their compensation and as any enterpreneur would know, there are a lot of expenses aside from salary like the production costs, materials, rental and other miscellaneous expenses. Hope this clarifies and does not discourage new applicants from applying. Thanks!
