You can just apply home remedies against upset tummies to relieve the discomfort. ^_^

Eat lots of bananas or guavas (not sure) to lessen your lbm.

That's simple. We were taught first aid when we were in elementary. It's not really rocket science. And I'm not a dietitian or a nutritionist. ^_^

Nyahaha! I think any elementary school that has a Scout program teaches first aid.
