    Eat lots of bananas or guavas (not sure) to lessen your lbm.

    That's simple. We were taught first aid when we were in elementary. It's not really rocket science. And I'm not a dietitian or a nutritionist. ^_^

    Nyahaha! I think any elementary school that has a Scout program teaches first aid.

    i dont recall the 1st aid technique sa tummy aches..murag external wounds ra to tambalan ug like u said guava or kamongay
