Heat fans has been monitoring the 1/2 Pinoy coach since he was named as the HEAD COACH . They were scratching their heads why Riley appointed an ex-video coordinator .

He's always get criticized why Arroyo still in the starting position . Even iStoryans don't like it , the last name creates a visual in their tropical heads of a "doomsday Philippines" . They believe he always makes bad decisions same as the leader of the previous administration . I wonder what would be in their heads when they see a player in the NBA whose last name is AQUINO .

Players (probably with the exception of Wade) don't like the 1/2 Pinoy coach because he's tough , and serious . They hate him for not letting LeBron fool around in practice .. LeBron hates him for not treating him like a KING . Well , they'd better wish Riley won't take over .

Also , it's demeaning for the players why they're being coached by an ex-video coordinator .

Why they don't want to fire Spoelstra ? Cuz' they don't want another bad PR , like early in the season when they fired ticket booth attendants because all the tickets are sold-out . In reality , Arison doesn't care about his team's performance , all 41 home games are sold-out . He's already satisfied in terms of projected earnings for the next 5 years . As for Riley , he'd rather sit in his office than babysitting those troika amEGOS . But for the iStoryans , no love for the 1/2 Pinoy coach no more !!
